How do you deal with holding all of this meaningful knowledge in a world where those who value it are so rare? It seems like that could be very frustrating.
thursday morning, on the boat, some joke about smoking was making us all laugh and i started to think how i always say that i would just stop smoking, if i wanted. i say it with full certainty, however, have never tried it.
so from inner monologue, i declared thaat i wouldnt smoke until getting back home to benfeita
it was easy, i mostly forgot about the existance of cigarrettes, except after a couple of meals
especially easy from being on vacation (first ever, what??) with dear friends, learning to sail and hoping bays in the mediterranean.
arrived earlier today, smoked that cigarrette and it was almost uneventful.
so now i'm thinking about addiction and haabits and wondering about will come of this experiment.
and thought of it all because of how hooked i feel about your furballs.

I ask because you teach about alchemy, jungian psychology, and the esoteric. And I’m wondering where you found the bridge into that from the occult. Genuinely curious because I’ve been very fascinated with hermeticism and the Rosicrucians. As I go further down the rabbit hole I’m beginning to see more references towards Christian mysticism and its connection to the old occult traditions. Which surprises me because I never thought I’d be coming across Jesus again after deciding to go down this path.
